Sustainability Committee

IMI Plc ('IMI' or the 'Company') announces that it has established a Sustainability Committee of the Board with effect from 2 September 2024. The Sustainability Committee has been constituted to oversee the execution of the Company's sustainability strategy, to monitor the communication of the Company's sustainability activities with its stakeholders and to provide input to the Board and other Board Committees on sustainability matters. The terms of reference of the Sustainability Committee will be available in the Corporate Governance Framework at www.imiplc.com.

The members of the Sustainability Committee, all of whom are Non-executive directors of the Company, are Thomas Thune Andersen (Chair of the Committee), Dr Ajai Puri and Victoria Hull. The establishment of the Sustainability Committee is a natural evolution of the Company's previous governance arrangement of having a Non-executive director with designated responsibility for ESG matters.
