Directorate Change

 

Forterra plc ("Forterra" or "the Company"), a leading UK producer of manufactured masonry products, announces that Divya Seshamani has advised the Board that, after nearly 9 years on Forterra's Board, she intends to step down as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Sustainability Committee with effect from the 30 September 2024.  Divya will be succeeded as Chair of the Sustainability Committee by Gina Jardine.

 

A process to appoint a further Independent Non-Executive Director has commenced.

 

Commenting, Justin Atkinson, Chairman, said:

 

"On behalf of the Board I would like to thank Divya for the invaluable contribution she has made to Forterra since our IPO in 2016, particularly in respect of Sustainability and we wish her well in the future."
