Tekmar Group plc (AIM: TGP), announces a change of information in relation to Alasdair MacDonald, Executive Director pursuant to AIM Rule 17 and Schedule 2(g) to the AIM Rules for Companies. Mr MacDonald is a current director of Tyne Tec Engineering Limited ("Tyne Tec"), having been appointed on 5 June 2018. Tyne Tec is a wholly owned subsidiary of Benbecula Group Limited where Mr MacDonald is also a director as previously notified.
