RECOMMENDED CASH ACQUISITION

SOF-12 CAMBRIDGE BIDCO LIMITED

(a newly formed company owned by Starwood Funds)

Delisting and cancellation of trading of RDI REIT Shares on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market

Further to the announcement made by RDI REIT and SOF-12 Cambridge BidCo Limited ("Bidco") on 4 May 2021, RDI REIT confirms that trading in RDI REIT Shares on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market and the listing of RDI REIT Shares on the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority were cancelled with effect from 8.00 a.m. today, 6 May 2021. Full details of the Acquisition are set out in the scheme document published by RDI REIT on 25 March 2021 (the "Scheme Document").

Capitalised terms in this announcement, unless otherwise defined, have the meaning given to them in the Scheme Document.
