Smithson Investment Trust plc announces that on 14 November 2024, it purchased for holding in treasury 39,607 ordinary shares of 1p each at a price of 1,474.56 pence per share.

Following this transaction, the Company has 43,752,005 ordinary shares held in treasury and 133,355,953 ordinary shares in circulation. The total number of ordinary shares in issue is 177,107,958.
