Rockwood Strategic Plc (the "Company"), announces that as at 20 September 2024 the unaudited net asset value (NAV) per ordinary share was 255.58 pence.

 

 

The above NAV calculation is based on 34,372,663 ordinary shares in issue with a nominal value of 5 pence each (the "Ordinary Shares").
