Beazley plc (the 'Company') announces that the Beazley plc Employee Benefit Trust has purchased 239,468 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company on 3 May 2024 at a price of 629.59p per share.

 

The Beazley plc Employee Benefit Trust now owns 8,826,735 ordinary shares of 5p each (1.33% of the issued share capital).
