Dividend Update

Michelmersh Brick Holdings PLC (AIM: MBH), the specialist brick manufacturer, announces that as part of the Interim Results released earlier today, the Board declared an interim dividend of 1.60 pence per ordinary share ("pps") (30 June 2023: 1.50pps).  The Company confirms that the dividend will be paid on 9 January 2025 to members on the register on 29 November 2024 and is not accrued in the 30 June 2024 interim accounts. The ex-dividend date will be 28 November 2024.
