Following the release on 27 November 2024 of its preliminary results for the year ended 30 September 2024, the Company announces that it is today publishing its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2024 ("2024 Annual Report") and Notice of the 2025 Annual General Meeting ("AGM").
Copies of the 2024 Annual Report, Notice of AGM and Proxy Form are being made available to view on the Company's website at www.auctiontechnologygroup.com/investors/.
Shareholders who elected to receive shareholder information electronically are being notified that these documents are available on the Company's website. Hard copies of the documents will be posted in the coming days to shareholders who have elected to receive shareholder information in hard copy.
