REPURCHASE OF ORDINARY SHARES INTO TREASURY

 

 

This announcement replaces 4739Q  announced at 17:13 on 17th December 2024. Revisions have been made to number of shares held in Treasury and shares in issue less Treasury shares. All else remains correct.

JPMorgan European Discovery Trust plc has purchased into Treasury 50,000 Ordinary shares at 441.244 pence per share.

 

Following the transaction the Company holds 19,222,392 ordinary shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 117,092,511.

 

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
