Appointment of Chief Financial Officer

 

AIREA plc (AIM: AIEA), the UK design-led specialist flooring company, supplying both the UK and international markets, is pleased to announce the appointment of Conleth Campbell to the Board as Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") and Executive Director, with effect from 2 October 2023.

 

Conleth is an experienced finance professional with more than 25 years of experience in public company environments. He has developed and led finance teams, with strong expertise in Capital Markets including M&A and Investor Relations.  

 

Conleth was previously Group Financial Controller of Genuit Group Plc, the leading provider of sustainable water and climate management solutions for the built environment. He has also held the position of Head of Capital Markets (Investor Relations and Treasury) for Croda International Plc, the global speciality chemical company. Prior to these positions, Conleth was the Finance Manager (Retail & Tour Operations) for the Irish division of Thomson Travel Group Plc, and the UK Finance Manager for Yorkshire Food Group Plc. Conleth is a Chartered Accountant (ICAEW) and began his career at Mazars.
