Results of the 2024 Annual General Meeting

The Company held its Annual General Meeting on Tuesday 16 July 2024. All resolutions tabled at the Meeting were passed on a poll. Resolutions 1 to 8 and 10 to 12 were passed as ordinary resolutions and resolutions 13 to 15 were passed as special resolutions.

3.    As at Friday 12 July 2024, there were 81,608,672 ordinary shares of 1.25 pence in issue.

4. Resolution 9 was not tabled at the Meeting as the candidate withdrew.
