The Company announces that in accordance with the authority given by its shareholders at its Annual General Meeting on 22 May 2024 and pursuant to the Company's share buy-back announced on 10 June 2024, it has purchased for cancellation through Panmure Liberum Limited, the following ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"):

Following cancellation of the above Ordinary Shares, the Company will have 144,920,881 Ordinary Shares in issue. No Ordinary Shares are held in treasury.

 

This number represents the total voting rights in the Company and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
