Grant of SAYE Options and PDMR Dealings

Restore (AIM: RST), the UK's leading provider of digital and information management and secure lifecycle services, announces that it has launched a 2024 Save As You Earn Scheme (the "2024 SAYE Scheme") for all eligible employees, offering a saving plan over 3 years.

Employees were invited to subscribe for options ("Options") over the Company's ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") which were granted on 16 May 2024 at an exercise price of 175 pence in accordance with the terms of the 2024 SAYE Scheme.
