Strix Group Plc (AIM:KETL), the AIM quoted global leader in the design, manufacture and supply of kettle safety controls and other complementary water temperature management components, announces that all resolutions were passed via poll at the Annual General Meeting held on 20 June 2024.

Statement regarding voting result

 

We are pleased to have received the support of our shareholders for all of the resolutions proposed at the AGM.

We will continue to monitor the level of support for each resolution in the future, and where needed we will discuss with shareholders and proxy advisors to understand any concerns.

 

The Board notes that while Resolution 5 was approved, which gave shareholders the opportunity to cast votes on the reappointment of Mark Kirkland as a Non-Executive Director, 37.43% of the votes cast were votes against Resolution 5.

 

The Board will reflect on the result of Resolution 5, and the Nomination Committee will engage with the shareholders to understand any concerns.
