Director/PDMR Dealings

 

Manolete Partners Plc (AIM:MANO), the leading quoted UK insolvency litigation financing company has been notified that Steven Cooklin, Chief Executive Officer and PDMR, has today instructed the transfer of a total of 2,500,000 ordinary shares of 0.4p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), into trusts for his sons, as part of his family inheritance planning.

 

The beneficiaries of the trusts are not defined as persons closely associated with Steven Cooklin under the EU Market Abuse Regulations.

 

Following the transfer, Steven Cooklin's resultant interest in Ordinary Shares is 4,342,199, representing 9.92 per cent. of Manolete's issued share capital.
