Further to its announcement of 31 August 2021, the Company announces that the date by which the conditions to complete the acquisition of all the shares in Proton Partners International Health Care Investments LLC, UAE have to be satisfied or waived has been extended to the date 32 Business Days from the date of the Share Swap Deed, being 11 October 2021.
