The Company was  notified on 12 April 2021 that Ross Andrews, the Company's Non-Executive Chairman, had on 12 April 2021 purchased 150,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 33.72 pence per share. Mr Andrew's shareholding is now 473,846 shares, representing 0.27 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
