Resignation of Nominated Adviser
The People's Operator (AIM: TPOP), the cause-based commercial mobile virtual network operator, announces that finnCap Ltd has resigned as Nominated Adviser and broker to the Company.
Trading in the Company's shares on AIM has been suspended since 2 July 2018 because the Company has not released its annual accounts for the year ended 31 December 2017 or interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2018. Trading in the Company's shares on AIM will therefore be cancelled at 7.00 a.m. on 3 January 2019.
Following receipt of this information, the Company is waiting to hear from WWW Holding Company Ltd if it intends to proceed with its subscription for new ordinary shares in the capital of the Company or the other financing arrangements set out in the Circular of 4 December 2018. Under these circumstances it is likely that the General Meeting scheduled for 11am tomorrow, Thursday 20 December, will be opened and immediately adjourned until a date not later than 31 December 2018.
