Rule 2.9 Announcement and Total Voting Rights
As stated in the Announcement, the Ordinary Shares issued today will be admitted to trading on AIM on or around 24 July 2023 and will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares.
The Company also confirms that, in accordance with the requirements of the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, its issued share capital consists of 3,193,466,515 Ordinary Shares, each with equal voting rights. No shares are held in treasury.
The above figure may be used by shareholders of the Company as the denominator in the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

Disclosure requirements of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers

If two or more persons act together pursuant to an agreement or understanding, whether formal or informal, to acquire or control an interest in relevant securities of an offeree company or a securities exchange offeror, they will be deemed to be a single person for the purpose of Rule 8.3.
