Cordel CFO Appointment
Cordel Group PLC (AIM: CRDL), the Artificial Intelligence platform for transport corridor analytics, is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms Natasha Dinneen as permanent Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") and Director of the Company, effective immediately. Ms Dinneen will also assume the role of Company Secretary.
The Company announced on 11 March 2024 that Ms Thouraya Walker, the Company's former CFO, would be taking a 6-month sabbatical and the appointment of Ms Dinneen as the Company's interim CFO. Ms Walker has now returned from sabbatical and is moving to a non-executive director position on the Board, with immediate effect.
