This notification is made in accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1.
The Company announces that as at close on 3 June 2024 its issued share capital consisted of 30,758,237 ordinary shares. Each share carries the right to one vote. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.
The total number of voting rights is therefore 30,758,237 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
