Haydale Graphene Industries selected for Innovate UK Scaleup Programme

Haydale (AIM: HAYD) To further accelerate commercialisation of its unique, patented, plasma functionalised formulations in various industries, and following a rigorous three stage screening process, Haydale has secured a prestigious support service from Innovate UK.

The Scaleup Programme is provided by Innovate UK EDGE, the innovation agency's national business growth and scaling service. The service, provided in the form of strategic support, advice and guidance is designed to empower ambitious innovation-focused SMEs in every sector and from seed to scaling stage, to grow and become highly successful through coaching and mentorship.

The Programme is designed to support highly innovative, ambitious, high-growth oriented companies already on their scaling journey, whose innovations or business models can disrupt an existing market, and who are establishing or already implementing their international markets strategy.

Commenting on the successful selection by Innovate UK, Haydale Chief Executive Officer Keith Broadbent said:

"We have spent a significant amount of time and resources on developing our unique patented, proprietary plasma technology.  We are now delighted to have secured the help of Innovate UK EDGE on our scale up journey, continue to grow revenues and build on the existing relationships with world leading partners we are now working with."

Deputy Director Business Growth at Innovate UK, Maxine Adam, said:

"We are looking forward to working with the Haydale team and are confident we can show just how much value this programme can add. The inputs are varied and blend strategic thinking with invaluable hands-on tactical guidance, to create outcomes that deliver real commercial advantage. It's a pleasure working with the Haydale Directors at this pivotal time for their business."
