Following the issuance of the New Ordinary Shares, the Company's issued ordinary share capital comprises 29,203,164 ordinary shares, none of which are held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of ordinary shares admitted trading on AIM upon Admission will be 29,203,164.
The above figure of 29,203,164 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

If two or more persons act together pursuant to an agreement or understanding, whether formal or informal, to acquire or control an interest in relevant securities of an offeree company or a securities exchange offeror, they will be deemed to be a single person for the purpose of Rule 8.3.
