Wameja (LSE: WJA.L & ASX: WJA.AX), a joint venture partner with Mastercard in the HomeSend global payment hub, refers to its announcement of 21 June 2021 regarding the Scheme of Arrangement proposed under the Scheme Implementation Agreement as announced on 10 September 2020 and amended on 9 April 2021, 24 May 2021 and 18 June 2021("Scheme") and provides the following indicative timetable.
The indicative timetable is:
First Court Date: 26 July 2021
Dispatch of Scheme Booklet (inc.IER) 2 August 2021
Scheme Meeting: 2 September 2021
Second Court Date: 9 September 2021
Effective Date (last day of trading): 10 September 2021
Record Date: 14 September 2021
Implementation (Payment) Date: 21 September 2021
Wameja will advise of any changes to the indicative timetable as the Scheme proceeds.
