Arc Minerals announces that it was notified that Ian Lynch, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, has purchased 719,424 shares of no par value in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1.39 pence per share.

Following this transaction, Ian Lynch holds a beneficial interest in 5,024,195 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.35 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
