Confirmation of Director Shareholding

 

Kainos Group plc (KNOS), a UK-headquartered IT provider with expertise across three divisions - Digital Services, Workday Services and Workday Products - confirms that, further to the re-appointment to the Board of Brendan Mooney as Chief Executive Officer announced yesterday, Brendan Mooney and his Connected Person Mrs Eileen Mooney own in aggregate 10,619,062 ordinary shares in the issued share capital of the Company constituting 8.43% of the issued share capital of the Company.
