The Company announces that on 8 August 2024 Michael Dawson, Non-Executive
Director, purchased 10,000 common shares of US$0.50 each in the Company at £6.10
per share. The shares are held beneficially for Michael Dawson in a Self
-Invested Pension Plan.
Following this transaction, Michael Dawson has an interest in the Company of
35,000 common shares, representing 0.0143% of the Total Voting Rights in the
Company.
