Kathryn is a Director of Partnership Life Assurance Company Limited, Partnership’s subsidiary life company. Before joining Partnership in 2008, Kathryn worked within the private equity industry for approximately ten years, most recently as an Investment Executive and later a Consultant to Phoenix Equity Partners, a UK mid-market private equity fund. Prior to that Kathryn worked as an Investment Manager for Deutsche Bank’s European fund of funds team and UBS Capital’s direct investment team in Australia and Asia.
