Zigup CFO Philip Vincent resigns

Zigup said on Friday that chief financial officer Philip Vincent has resigned to take on the same role at another business.
The company, formerly Redde Northgate, said Vincent "will remain focused on the delivery" of the interim results in December "and on ensuring the effective transition of his role before his departure early next year".
The search for a new CFO is underway and a further update will be issued when appropriate, Zigup said.
Chairman Avril Palmer-Baunack said: "I have enjoyed working with Philip since he joined the board of Northgate plc in July 2018. I would like to thank him for his dedication and diligence throughout his tenure and wish him the very best for the future."
