Wizz Air passenger numbers rise in November

Wizz said passenger numbers rose to 4.84m in November, with seat capacity down 1.7% at 5.29m and load factor coming in at 91.5%, up 3.1 percentage points from last year's load factor of 88.4%.
On a rolling 12-month basis, traffic was up 5.1% at 62.59m, while seat capacity increased 6.1% at 69.28m. Load factor dipped to 90.3% from 91.1%.
Wizz added that it had seen a "positive yield environment and booking profile" in November and into December.
As of 0945 GMT, Wizz shares were up 2.13% at 1,292.00p.
