Trustpilot bolsters leadership with two new hires

Review platform     announced the appointment of a chief revenue officer and chief strategy officer on Monday, strengthening its senior leadership team as the company moves into "the next phase of growth".
Brian Green, the former head of Adobe's digital media business, joins the company as its chief revenue officer responsible for Trustpilot's commercial teams globally. He has over 30 years' experience and has held sales leadership positions at other software companies like Magento, Oracle and SUSE.

Meanwhile, Carolyn Ryan has been appointed as chief strategy officer, leading Trustpilot's business and corporate development, including strategy, ancillary revenue, pricing and monetisation. She joins from Prosus Group where she was the vice president and global head of strategy and business development, and held previous positions at McKinsey, Nike, eBay and P&G.

"Brian and Carrie are fantastic additions to our leadership team and I am delighted to welcome them to Trustpilot. I am confident that we will benefit from their wealth of experience as we take the business into the next phase of growth," said Trustpilot's chief executive Adrian Blair.

Trustpilot delivered its 2023 results in March, showing that monthly unique users had increased 30% to more than 57m, while annual recurring revenue rose 22% to $197m.

Shares were down 1.1% at 227.5p by 1222 BST, but were still up 64% since the start of 2024.
