In Australia, Oracle said the Department of Mines Industry Resources and Safety has approved the programme of work for drilling of the five target areas defined at its 100% owned Jundee East Gold Project, located in the Eastern Goldfields region of Western Australia, which is located about 7km due east of Northern Star's Jundee Gold Mine.
Specialist drug development company Sareum (SAR) announced its audited results for the year ended 30 June 2021. Sareum said it continues to advance the preclinical development of its proprietary dual TYK2/JAK1 inhibitor programmes SDC-1801 and SDC-1802, supported by a robust cash balance following the recent financing events. Castillo Copper (CCZ), a base metal explorer, announced the completion of the Induced Polarisation survey campaign at the Luanshya Project in Zambia's copper-belt, identifying up to 14 targets for test-drilling which potentially comprise disseminated copper sulphide mineralisation. Modelling was undertaken by CCZ's consultant geophysicist, who interpreted the IP survey results, which covered the 6km long soil anomaly, which were defined after extensive soil sampling campaign

Gibraltar-based blockchain technology group, Valereum Blockchain (VLRM) said that it has signed an option to purchase 80% of the Gibraltar Stock Exchange – thus moving significantly down the promised fundamental path its followers have been looking for. The Global Stock Exchange Group, current owner of the GSX, will retain the remaining 20% shareholding and Valereum has an option on 20% of the Global Stock Exchange Group. The company said that “the deal represents the next stage in the evolution of digital assets becoming globally accepted and tradeable. It brings crypto closer to the mainstream and opens it up to be used in transactions with other asset classes.” Valereum also announced a £2 million placing at 40p.

Rocky Mountain oil and gas company, Zephyr Energy (ZPHR) updated on activity at its flagship project in the Paradox Basin, Utah where it recently drilled the State 16-2LN-CC well. Zephyr said that the State 16-2LN-CC well has now been successfully and safely completed via hydraulic stimulation in the Cane Creek reservoir. The Company will provide information on initial production test results over the next few weeks.
Panthera Resources (PAT), the diversified gold exploration and development company announced a maiden mineral resource estimate for the Labola Gold Project. Three mineralised zones have been outlined from the various drilling programs and each zone is open in all directions. The company said extensive target generative work demonstrates many opportunities for resource expansion. A significant exploration program is planned for 2022, with the focus on resource expansion opportunities to produce an updated MRE and completion of a Preliminary Economic Assessment.
Longboat Energy (LBE), the emerging full-cycle North Sea E&P company, announced a material discovery at the Egyptian Vulture exploration well in PL939 (Company 15%), the second well in its fully-funded, seven well exploration programme. The exploration well 6407/1-9 in the Norwegian Sea encountered light oil in the primary target in the Lower Cretaceous (Cenomanian) Intra-Lange Formation.
