Totally plc (TLY Follow | TLY), provider of frontline healthcare and corporate wellness services, announced today a 5-year extension of its contract with Royal Mail through subsidiary Energy Fitness Professionals (EFP). Totally plc acquired EFP, a corporate fitness provider, in December 2021.

The contract, now scheduled to run through May 2027, will see delivery of £2.5m worth of gym equipment to Royal Mail locations. In addition, the contract will see EFP manage 34 Royal Mail facilities across the UK, introduce a new digital product "Health Hub", and trial a new wellbeing consultation service called "Health Fair".

Health Hub will improve the user experience of gym members, bringing all wellbeing services together in a new app. The service will enable remote access to online workouts, challenges, and live or recorded exercise classes, as well as allow for in-app bookings, payments, and easy communication.

Health Fair will offer 30-minute one-on-one consultations for gym members, to collect key health metrics (cholesterol, body fat %, blood pressure, lung function, etc.) and lifestyle data (diet, sleep, stress, etc.), to be analysed and discussed with the members and set goals accordingly. As part of this service, anonymised data will be sent to Royal Mail, so they can gain better insight into the health of their employees.

These changes are part of EFP's broader strategy of adapting to post-pandemic hybrid working patterns, offering employees a range of digital services as well as traditional on-site facilities.
