Audioboom (BOOM), the global podcast company, provided a trading update for the 12 months ended 31 December 2022. The company revealed 2022 revenue of approximately $75.5 million, up 25% on 2021 ($60.3 million). Annual adjusted EBITDA profit of was approximately $3.6 million, up 16% on 2021 ($3.1 million). Q4 2022 revenue of $18.4 million, up 14% on Q3 2022 ($16.2 million).
Hemogenyx Pharmaceuticals (HEMO), the biopharmaceutical group, announced the successful completion of its third Process Qualification run of the end-to-end process for the manufacture of HEMO-CAR-T cells. The process was carried out in the Company's current Good Manufacturing Practice compliant clean rooms. It is being followed by analytical release tests conducted by the Company required to verify the quality of the manufactured HEMO-CAR-T cells. The HEMO-CAR-T cells will also be tested by a third party to ensure they comply with a set of required quality attributes.
Rockfire Resources (ROCK), the base metal, gold and critical mineral exploration company, announced that results from the Company's geotechnical drilling programme at the Molaoi zinc deposit in Greece include multiple, high-grade intersections, which demonstrates the quality of the Molaoi deposit. Confirmation of multiple lodes provides opportunity to significantly increase tonnage and potentially have a considerable positive impact on the future economics of the project.

Getech (GTC), a company that locates energy and minerals for the energy transition, announced an update on trading for the year ended 31 December 2022 and current outlook. The company reported double-digit revenue growth, ahead of market expectations: £5.0 million (FY2021: £4.3 million) with a 66%/23% split between transitional petroleum and critical minerals. There was a record orderbook: £4.6 million, a 39% increase (31 December 2021: £3.3 million, +25% on 2020).

Hydrogen Utopia International (HUI), a company specialising in turning mixed waste plastic into -free fuels, announced that its wholly owned Polish subsidiary, Hydropolis United sp z.o.o., has signed a letter of intent with the City of Walbrzych in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship in south western Poland, under which the parties have agreed to develop an HUI facility in the municipality, subject to formal contract.
Canadian Overseas Petroleum (LSE), an international oil and gas company, announced the first oil production from the Frontier 1 sands at its operated 100% WI Cole Creek Unit. The company said the results from the Frontier 1 11-27 recompletion is a game changer as the defined oil-bearing reservoir currently covers a large area at Cole Creek with evidence it extends further down dip on the east flank of the anticline.
GreenRoc Mining (GROC), a company focused on the development of critical mineral projects in Greenland, announcec a very substantial increase to the mineral resource estimate at the Amitsoq Graphite Project in southern Greenland, which has been confirmed as one of the highest-grade graphite deposits in the world.
Castillo Copper (CCZ), a base metal explorer, announced that following a review of prospects within the NWQ Copper Project, has authorised the geology team to visit several prospects - including Big One, Arya and Valparaisa - during 1H 2023 to identify new targets for test-drilling.
KEFI (KEFI), the gold exploration and development company, updated following the Company's announcement on 21 November 2022 in which we reported that the finance plan for the c.US$320 million financing of the Tulu Kapi Gold Project had been agreed in principle by the lenders so that draft definitive agreements could be finalised for approval by syndicate members and regulators. Kefi said all lead contracting and equity investment parties have agreed their draft agreements and confirmed their intention to sign. Likewise, for nearly all Government agencies which have to also sign agreements within the syndicate.
Oxford Cannabinoid Technologies (OCTP), the pharmaceutical company, announced its interim results for the six months ended 31 October 2022. The company said the groundwork has been laid for an exciting 2023, with the focus firmly on the commencement of the Phase I clinical trial for programme 1.
Andrada Mining Limited (ATM), an African technology metals mining company, announced an inferred, JORC (2012), MRE for tin over 11 historically mined pegmatite bodies located close to the actively mined V1/V2 pegmatite at the Uis Mine. These 11 pegmatites have been collectively termed the Proximal Pegmatites and are located within a 3 km radius from the existing processing plant.
DG Innovate (DGI), the research and development company, announced a subscription to raise gross proceeds of £400,000, and a broker option to enable existing shareholders to participate in the fundraise for up to an additional £100,000. The company said in order to reduce its ongoing costs and to ensure that the company's board is of an appropriate size and composition for its current stage of development, Sir Stephen Dalton and Andrew Boughtwood have both stepped down as Non-Executive Directors of the company with immediate effect
