CLS secures 10-year lease at Fetter Lane property
The London-listed firm said the lease, which starts in June, was signed at 2.3% above the property's latest estimated rental value (ERV).
Located close to the Royal Courts of Justice and the Rolls Buildings, CLS described 138 Fetter Lane as a mixed-use property suited for legal sector occupiers.
Originally refurbished in 2014, the office property had a BREEAM rating of 'Very Good' and an EPC rating of 'B'.
Signature Litigation, an existing tenant, initially leased portions of the building but would now expand to occupy the entire office space as part of its growth plans, allowing Signature to double its workspace and apply its own branding to the property.
"We are delighted to announce this significant lease agreement with a long-standing customer," said chief executive officer Fredrik Widlund.
"The deal reaffirms CLS commitment to supporting our customers in expanding their businesses by providing modern, sustainable office accommodation in attractive locations.
"We very much look forward to continuing our relationship with the Signature team and wish them well with their future strategy."
At 0941 GMT, shares in CLS Holdings were up 1.53% at 79.5p.
