() , a leading SaaS technology company, has unveiled that the three-year loyalty deal signed in September 2022, is with Hudson's Bay, an iconic Canadian department store brand.

Hudson's Bay runs TheBay.com, one of Canada's largest e-commerce businesses, along with 85 physical Hudson's Bay stores. Using Eagle Eye's AIR platform and mobile loyalty services, Hudson's Bay plans to re-launch its digital loyalty programme later this month.

This program will target its six million loyalty members, integrating with their current systems like the POS, eCommerce platform, and all digital channels including their new app, customer call centre and CDP.

This contract underscores the global trend among retailers to build strong digital connections with customers,  with these connections driving value by delivering tailored content, offers, and rewards.

Tim Mason, Chief Executive of Eagle Eye, said: "We are delighted to be supporting such an iconic brand as Hudson's Bay in relaunching their loyalty programme. This contract strengthens our presence in North America, a growing digital promotions market, and presents an exciting opportunity for the business as we increase our market share and capitalise on the growing demand for our AIR platform."

A major accomplishment for Eagle Eye, as it continues to boost its growing presence in the key North American market following significant revenue growth in the region in 2022.

Rising costs across the globe present a growing market opportunity for Eagle Eye Solutions. A recent consumer survey carried out by the company across the UK, North America and Asia Pacific concluded that 84% of consumers believed receiving more personalised recommendations should help them save money.

The economic backdrop explains a string of recent contract wins for Eagle Eye, including securing a five-year contract with Morrisons to develop its loyalty and promotional offering last month and a five-year contract with John Lewis in April for its new pan-partnership loyalty project launching in 2024.

In light of continuing challenging economic times faced by consumers, the company can anticipate a further acceleration towards digitisation and personalisation, with Eagle Eye poised to benefit from this trend.
